“Great service, I had checked on line and found what I thought I was looking for. A quick telephone confirmed this was exactly what I was looking for, the help and information that I was given over the phone was fantastic, very informative and helpful from friendly staff that really knew their products and their service levels. I went back on line completed my order and everything worked like clockwork. A couple of days later I received my Quaich which was to be a gift for an overseas friend, it was exactly what I had been looking for, the engraving was perfect and the Quaich is now on its way to its new owner. Great product, great service, excellent company”

“The recipient (Our Son) was given the Quaich for his graduation He loved it and the personal enscription was a classy touch Would very much recommend this product - looks expensive and all at graduation meal were impressed with it”

“Received the Quaich.I had bought it for a German friends, for his wedding,as I wanted to,give him something from Scotland.It was the perfect gift. Very nice Quality. I would definetly buy again.It also,arrived quicker than I expected . I bought the one for the Wedding.Also had it engraved with the Date and their names.”

“I was a bit unsure how the engraving would turn out, especially what size of font to use. So I left an instruction to use 'best judgement' for this. I was not disappointed, the quaich and engraving are excellent. Delivered promptly as well. I would recommend this company.”

“I haven't received my quaich as yet???? Received my quaich today and it is absolutely perfect, it is for the arrival of our first born little grand daughter, nicknamed "sweet pea" until she arrives. It only took eight days from the placement of order in the UK to arrive in Tasmania Australia your customer service is excellent - Thank you”

“This was received 1825 CDT, via Speedee Delivery, about 7-8 days after internet order. Very carefully and tightly packed. An attractive silver piece, definitely suitable for a gift. I thought that quaiches were shallower (this one holds about 300 ml.), so I doubt that few could drain it in one gulp, as per legend; yet recall that romantic Scots history begins with Sir Walter Scott, not William the Lion or Robert the Bruce. Highly recommended to those interested in Scotland.”
