“First class service and product. When there was a problem (which I caused) it was sorted out quickly by very kind and patient staff. The product arrived (unbelievably) on time and in excellent condition. The service and product exceeded my expectations. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company and I hope the company gives a bonus to the helpful member of staff who helped me with the engraving.”

“I often visit friends abroad and like to give a wuaich as a small gift. This is the firs time I have used buyaquaich.com but will without doubt use them again! Ordering was so simple and the following morning a very polite young man called to confirm my engraving requirements which I actually altered and to my surprise I was being kept up-to-date every step of the way regarding it's delivery which was super fast! It arrived in a presentation box with a slip telling you the history of "the quaich" Highly delighted!”

“Quick responses, quick deliveries, beautiful product. There are little dents on the bottom of the quaich with the wooden and pewter quaich that I ordered which is too bad but I am sure if you ordered a metal quaich there would be no dents. The engraving is beautiful! All in all very happy.”

“Goods ordered on line with a delivery time of 2 days. Order was for a colleague retiring and returning to the USA. When tracking the order, it told me it was scheduled for delivery on 4 April, my colleague was leaving 31 Mar. Contacted the online live help and the lady I spoke to resolved my issue in less than half an hour and the order was delivered 2 days later. What a great interactive customer service, I will recommend your firm the everyone I know, I have dealt with several companies that have a poor customer service, your team should be proud of the way they deal with people.”

“Great service, speedy delivery but dissapointed with the 4" quaich with the thistle crudely stuck on the bottom. This spoilt the quality of the overall look. Sorry!”
