“A lot later than expected on the delivery side (probably the postal strike) The quaich is gorgeous and a lot nicer than expected and the reason for my 5 star review.”

So sorry to hear your order has not arrived. We shipped same day with the delivery service you selected which was Royal Mail 48. Industrial action by the Royal Mail has had a particular impact on RM48 orders for which I apologise.

“Absolutely beautiful quaich. Engraved with my brother and his wife to be’s name and our family crest. I also ordered the box with silk lining. Really pleased with communication with company as I had to change part of the order. Quickly sent out to me. Really loved it.”
