“This is a decent quaich, but I was a little disappointed at the clan crest. It was glued to the bottom of the quaich, and slightly off center.”

Oh John, What a shame it wasn't quite perfect. We make each of these up by hand hence the positioning of the clan crest. I hope this was still well received. ~Rachel

“I gave the wrong inscription and asked for it to be amended. Although the instructions did not get to the engraver initially, the error was rectified right away and a quaich with the correct engraving sent immediately. It is beautiful.”

“Had been in a quandry as to what I might buy as an engagement gift for a very important young couple. A quaich seemed the perfect solution. Very pleased with it, but, was a little disappointed with the engraving "to have and to hold" and "to love and to cherish". These were not easily seen. In fact, regardless of the light, they were not seen at all if one didn't know they were there.”

“The quaich itself was beautiful, however the box was rather small and the quaich didn't really fit in it. It took a while to arrive, but when I rang to enquire where it was, a lovely lady dealt with my enquiry efficiently.”
