“Late purchase and concern on delivery, was alleviated via my phone call for reassurance and confirmation of delivery in USA. This was very helpful as we made arrangements for a neighbour to look out of the delivery. As we attended the wedding and stayed on an extra night, we were able to see the Quaich. It was beautiful, just as ordered with perfect engraving. Thank you very much.”

“service on line when buying OK. Unfortunately when it arrived unhappy with it. Too big and I feel when buying I could have been guided better to buy smaller size. Also it wasn't made clear when I was ordering over the phone that once engraved it could not be exchanged”

“I really wanted to get a quaich... I'd asked a friend to get it for me while in Scotland, but she didn't manage to and I was really disappointed. A colleague suggested I check out e-shops, and I googled yours! The designs were lovely!! I am so happy with my quaich..it's just the right size and the details are so intricate. My first quaich — not necessarily my last. Thank you for the amazing ease of ordering, the fast and great shipping, and the amazing quality.”

“From start to finish just the most perfect experience, delivery was so quick, arrived 1 day after order, I made a mistake submitting text to be engraved, sent email and replied instantly changing it. I uploaded a pic I wanted engraving and a perfect job. If you want a perfect gift this is your one stop shop.”
