“The Quaich was delivered by FedEx earlier than expected in extremely good condition. Upon opening the package we were pleasantly surprised to see the fine quality of the item. The bowl and the lugs were well manufactured and as said before were of excellent quality. We were also pleasantly surprised to see the engraving of the greeting inside the bowl as we imagined that this would be on the side, but it makes more sense to see the inscription every time someone takes a drink to our grandson's health. Thank you for your excellent service and we will be sure to pass on our recommendations to anyone of our friends who are looking for quality Scottish items from your company. Peter and Nan Buchanan”

“The items had a lot of black marks on, which were removed with a lot of cleaning and polishing. Once this was done, I was satisfied with the items.”

Hi Jane, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so pleased to hear you are happy with your quaichs now. The black marks would have been caused by polish. The Pewter quaichs are shined with a thick black polish and very occasionally as they are handmade some polish is missed in the finishing process, but it is easily removed with warm soapy water. Hopefully we will see you back with us in the future ~ Sam

“My quaich arrived promptly and was exactly what I ordered. It will soon be winging it's way to Canada as a gift for my old PE teacher who I will be meeting for the first time in 50 years. She emmigrated there as as young woman from Scotland..........we are both old ladies now!!”

“We ordered the Quaich for a very special wedding anniversary and it had to be delivered to North Carolina in the USA. The whole thing went like clockwork. It was lovingly received and takes pride of place in their home. My brother in law and sister in law moved to the USA some years ago as their boys had been granted scholarships to American colleges. The boys met and married the loves of their lives and live there now with their children. The Quaich was received as a little piece of Scotland and a little piece of history.”

“4.5 Thistle Handle Quaich with Plinth. I initially had an issue with my order which was attended to with the utmost professionalism and speed.
