“We bought a Quaich for a Scott ex-pat who was retiring after 38(!) years of service. Such a perfect gift for her Canadian colleagues and friends to honor her heritage and express our love and appreciation. The Quaich is a lovely we thing, and the engraving makes it very personal to her. We will be piping her home this Friday with much joy and celebration. Thank you!”

“Service was first class. I spoke on line via live chat for advice and the girl was so helpful and friendly. I placed my order which was to be engraved and it was ready for collection within an hour. Would certainly use and highly recommend buyaquaich.com to my family and friends.”

“Good product delivered very promptly. Engraving on one of the Quaichs had a small mistake. A replacement was sent immediately. Great after sales service. Young lady who took my calls was very friendly, professional and helpful. I cannot fault the service. Would not hesitate to use buyaquaich again. Thank you.”

“Very good customer service. They were one short of what I ordered, however, they sent me an e - mail to tell me that my order would take a few days longer to arrive as they were getting another one to ensure the order was delivered in full. It arrived on the day the tracker said in would. Make's it a lot easier when people communicate and keep you informed.”

“I ordered a pewter/brass model with engraving. It looked exactly like I expected and was delivered to Sweden in under 1 week. A very nice Quaich. There was a small amount of staining where the handles are attached to the body which I can easily polish away myself. This was the only reason i did not give the full 5-stars.”

It's common to see these on pewter and whilst they can be removed with polishing they often add to the character of this metal. ~Rach
