“The quaich is excellent quality and a elegant thing to behold. The requested engraving was beautifully achieved, exactly as agreed. I much appreciated the consultation prior to doing the engraving which avoided the possibility of disappointment. Well done buyaquaich! I have told all my family just in case they decide to buy one for me.”

“An engagement present for our son & his fiancée (the 2 red " Heart Handles "are very suitable for this occasion ) They are both Irish, met in Scotland 5 years ago, have employment there, Hope to have an Irish Wedding and use this " Heart of the Highlands " Quaich.... to bring home " A Little Bit Of Scotland "”

“Ordered on the thursday from Melbourne Australia, received the following thursday and it had been personally engraved too! Couldnt have done the whole thing faster even if I could have found something local. Superb customer experience from start to finish and we now have perfect gift for wedding we are going to next week :)”

“The young lady that served us was a great asset to your company as she had an excellent personality, was efficient and very knowledgeable on all your products. This gave one confidence and encouraged us to look further across your product range which resulted in purchasing a Tartan Blanket and a Cashmere Tartan rug..... something that had never crossed our minds. If you ever have brochures or sales material please keep us in mind as the products were of a high standard.”

Hi Carol Ann, We are really sorry to hear that it arrived with you too late, had we known you had required the order for a certain date we could have let our manufacturer know to see if there was any way we could speed up the delivery for you. I dont seem to see a separate presentation box on your order, this one does come in its own presentation box though so hopefully it was suitable. If you do think the quaich is faulty please let me know as I'd be happy to take this back to us with our prepaid shipping label for an exchange or refund. ~ Sam
