“My order was for a birthday present which fell on 9 Jan 16. I know I was a little late in placing the order but better late than never. My mate who was to receive the Quaich was also a little late, arriving on the afternoon of 11 Jan 16 just after the postie made the delivery. All's well and the Quaich is much appreciated. I will send a new order in the near future. Many thanks David Matthews”

“I needed a Quaich for retirement party before 3.00 p.m. the next day. As it was only a week before Christmas I telephoned 'buyaquaich' to see if an order would be delivered as stated on-line. I spoke to Rachael, who told me that it would be delivered before 1.00 p.m. - guaranteed. She said that she would keep an eye open for my order to ensure that this happened. It did. The package was delivered at 11.00 a.m. Brilliant service, classic looking Quaich. My mate loved it, especially when we toasted our friendship with our favourite JW Green Label. Thanks to all at 'buyaquaich', especially Rachael. Highest recommendation.”
