“Spoke to the girl in the office, she was so helpful, I said, could I do this, do that, whatever and we just agreed what should happen, paid and delivered so simple. I chose to have the delivery to an English address, and have it delivered by carrier which was perfect, had it in eight days( Algarve ) very pleased.”

“The quaich itself was beautiful, however the box was rather small and the quaich didn't really fit in it. It took a while to arrive, but when I rang to enquire where it was, a lovely lady dealt with my enquiry efficiently.”

“EASY TO ORDER AND TRACK. PHOTOS ON SITE WERE EXCELLENT. THE REAL THING WAS EVEN BETTER. THE CLAN BADGE WAS A SUPERB TOUCH. THE QUAICH IS A 50TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR A FRIEND AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HIS FACE. AS A SCOTTISH HERITAGE GIFT I DON'T THINK IT CAN BE BEATEN ON QUALITY AND PRESENTATION.”

“After initial problem with online order, all was fixed quickly and efficiently by phone and my order received, as promised, within 2 days. Excellent service and absolutely delighted with beautiful Quaich which is now on its way to USA as a wedding present. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and excellent service and would definitely use again. Was also delighted to be able to source and buy a scottish product.
