“Order placed on a Thursday from USA, emails exchanged on Friday to clarify several items, and by the following Thursday a beautiful quaich and base were gladly received in perfect, brilliant condition across the pond in the US. My Scottish wife was duly impressed with the purchase...good not be more impressed with the quality and speed of our purchase. The quaich will be a very unique cherished wedding gift to our friends in Spain. But with confidence you will NOT be disappointed by this storefront.f Great customer service, friendly service and best of all--outstandingly beautiful products.”

“Very impressed with this company. Wanted something special for a gift to go to Tasmania for a wedding. Placed the order with instructions on how I wanted it engraved and crossed my fingers. The quaich arrived today and I am more than happy with it. The engraving is exactly what I wanted and I know the happy couple are going to just love it. Thank you so much and I will be recommending this company at every opportunity.”

“I love the quaich it is very beautiful and the engraving on the outside is beautiful. However I bought the "to have and to hold " quaich and was dissapointed with the inside engraving if I hadn't known what it said and known it was there I would not have noticed it or been able to read it. It is a wedding gift and that is why I chose this quaich but I don't think my nephew and bride will realise the sentiment that I particularly chose for they're wedding as I doubt they will realise that there is a message on the inside”

“when I ordered this quaich I asked for it to be engraved with the graduation date .to my surprise Imreceicpved an e - mail,from Rachael advising me that she had sent my order by courier as the graduation date was so close. The Quaich was everything I expected and the engraving superb. I would definatley order from here again. Thank you Rachael for your attention to my order the customer service was superb. Hi Joanna, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It is a shame to hear you are not pleased with the box that your quaich comes in. As standard the quaichs do get packed up in a plain cardboard box. It is possible to add a presentation box to your order separately if you prefer though, they are plain black with an ivory silk lining. The cost of these is £10, if you'd like to place a new order for this we can make sure we pop it in the post for you right away. - Sam
