“Great service and value, the tankard arrived in around 3 days and they managed to engrave a long poem on it with not a problem where others wouldn't or couldn't. I have bought 4 tankards so far for friends 40ths and wouldn't hesitate using them again. Thank you.”

“The tankard arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. Packaging was good. After inspecting the tankard I found that there were a number of black smudges, it appeared that the tankard was never wiped clean after making (factory film and grime). The good thing was that after a fair amount of elbow grease and washing three times all of the grime came off. One other thing, I ordered the presentation box as well but that seems much too large, like for a 2 liter tankard not the 1 liter that was ordered, not really worth making a fuss over though.”

“We have now bought 3 tankards off David, 2 engraved and sent to UK addresses and one sent to Australia. All arrived promptly and in excellent condition. David was most helpful in assisting with the engraving and design. They have made a wonderful presents for a 40th and 50th Birthday for two really special friends. We would definitely recommend this business and will buy from David again :). Best wishes, Karl & Joyce in Canberra Australia.”

“I found the website by accident whilst searching for a new tankard, and I loved what I saw. I flipped when I saw the Customisation option. I chose a lot of the customisation options, and I was amazed it shipped a day sooner than the estimated shipping date. When it arrived, it was sturdier than I imagined and well built and detail more amazing than I expected. I am excited to use it!”

“In the world of international sales and manufacturing it's becoming very more difficult to find good high quality business that manufacture and sale genuine quality and craftsmanship. I am very please to say that this company, Tankard.com, is one of these rare high quality businesses who take their workmanship seriously. Their Tankard products are of the fineness quality with craftsmanship to match. Their attention to detail and excellent two-way customer interaction to get your order just as to desire it is very good. Their Tankard designs and uniqueness is impressive, as is the detail in artwork (if desired) is exceedingly well done. You will not be disappointed with their product. With regards to costs... It comes down to 'what you pay for is what you get' meaning yes these Tankards are somewhat dearer than many others. However it's their uniqueness in design, genuine high quality and detail to their workmanship that sets this business above the other hit-and-miss generic products. I ordered a special Tankard with additional artwork design and between their inaction with me down here in Australia, saw my ordered completed and delivered to my doorstep with-in a little of a week from the United Kingdom and Australian.
