“We were absolutely thrilled with the tankard that we bought and would highly recommend this company. We placed the order on the Sunday afternoon, by the Monday morning we had been emailed a plan of the engraving to agree and then received the finished item by the end of the week! It is beautiful with wonderful engraving and in a lovely box. All packaged in bubble wrap too. They are definitely 5 star and our nephew will love it. Thank you.”

“The tankard was bought as a birthday gift and despatched to the USA; arriving in double-quick time: despatched Monday, arrived Wednesday. It will not be opened for some days so cannot comment on the quality.”

“Very happy with my purchase (21st present). Preview of engraving was very helpful and reassuring, the mug is perfect - better than the photo really (highly polished). Presentation box was a nice finishing touch also. I was only unsure about the engraving font size as that wasn't quite clear to me, but it was fine. Arrived a few days after I approved the engraving (delivered to Edinburgh) so no problems at all. Thanks.”

“I have bought several of your products over time and have always been very impressed with. Service is quick and communications very good. The other comment I would make, which I am sure due to technology is not possible. That is to be able to do more than 100 characters. I really have to think hard about how I can change the scripture to fit. Perfect Gift for loved ones.”
