“Thank you for the tankards we ordered to celebrate our fathers 70th birthday. He was touched by the present, especially the motorbike engraving that yo had produced to our own design. He drinks out of the tankard most nights (any excuse!) And likes the special words engraved on it from his grandchildren.”

“The website was fantastic for allowing us to try different fonts / previewing changes. We chose the handmade glass tankard. The final engraving was beautiful - the company used their discretion to alter the font size which enhanced our design - FANTASTIC result - beautiful product. Excellent service. We ordered express delivery - arrived very quickly. The packaging was excellent - a huge box arrived, with masses of bubblewrap to protect the tankard in a smaller box within. Faultless service - recommended +++++”

“I couldn't find the right engraving on the tankard & your staff quickly found an appropriate design for me & entered the engraving of my choosing. I was completely satisfied with the tankard & engraving & was utterly grateful to your staff in helping me. I wouldn't hesitate to view further purchases again.”

“i thought they were a little slow in sending out my order they also said i get e mail when order went out for delivery i didnt get one”

“Tankard looks fab, nice presentation box, on thing i would say a few small scratches on the tankard where writing is but not noticeable too much, great customer service as was struggling with the website, but live chat helped al lot.”
