“The Tankard is great, as is the engraving. However, the tankard is incorrectly advertised as a 1 pint tankard when it is, in fact a 1 and a 1/4 pint tankard. It also has no imperial markings for a 1 pint of beer, therefore cannot be legally used in a pub/club which is where I wanted to use it. I have reported this to your team (Samantha) who is looking into this matter with your manufacturers. As stated, I am happy with the Tankard, happy with the way Samantha is dealing with the issue in a polite and professional way but unhappy with the inaccuracies in your advertisement. As you know we are working with our manufacturer to see what has happened. If you do change your mind about the tankard you have please let me know, as I would be happy to look in to an exchnage for you. “I was searching the Internet for a Pewter Tankard when I came across buyatankard.com. Was overwhelmed with the choices to create and personalise my very own Tankard to exactly the way I wanted it. “I loved my tankcard I ordered! It Was a graduation gift ! The engraving was beautiful and the emblem Perfect! The Graduate and his Parents absolutely loved it! When I ordered I was hesitant because I didn't know how it would look , or if the engraving would be nice, or if it would get here on time.... But everything worded to perfection! We were thrilled! Thanks!!”

“Very fast turn-around on the tankard that I ordered. It shipped in several days and I received it in about a week, from the UK! The engraving is very good and I loved the look of the tankard. I am very pleased and will order again. Even with the overseas shipping, the value of the tankard exceeded what I could have ordered in the USA.”

“I purchased two tankards. They are beautiful and a great price. The only thing that disappointed me is that the rim of the tankard is very sharp. I invited a friend to have a drink with me and we both almost cut out lips with the sharp edge. ***I would rather pay more for this tankard*** and have them round off the rim should that take more time as they are lovely tankards. Unless they make this change, I would not purchase another one of these tankards; however should they ever make this change, I would purchase the tankard many times as gifts for friends.”

“My custom tankard turned out great. The custom Logo was done well though it is just slightly off center but its barely noticeable. The image was quite complex and Im very happy with how it turned out. They did an outline version of the image so none of the shading shows up but still done very well. Great quality product overall. This was a gift for my father with our family coat of arms and I liked it so much I will most likely get more for my brothers and myself.”

It's not common for this to be off centre, however this can appear that way simply due to the logo, it will have been centred. “Beautiful little tankard, sent really quickly and well packed. Very helpful with requests. The only thing that went wrong was that I got the child's name wrong and it was for my partner's granddaughter's christening! All my fault, not yours - silly name anyway!!! Thank you for your help.”

It such a shame though that the name is wrong on the engraving, its not something we would normally offer, but if it will help you can send the tankard back in to us. “Thank you for your great service. I ordered 2 half pint tankards as Christening presents with different wording on each of them. They arrived promptly in their presentation boxes with the correct message on each. The family were thrilled with them and said they would be kept safe until the boys were old enough to appreciate them. I have used you once before a couple of years ago and service then was great. I would definitely recommend buyatankard.com.”

“We received the tankard last week. It was presented today at a staff lunch, which we do on special occasions. The gentleman for whom the cup was purchased for was very impressed, as were the rest of the staff who did not have a chance to see it beforehand. On behalf of the company , for which I work for , I thank you for making this a success. I have one request. Is it possible for you to include a card or letter with a bit of the history and facts concerning your product? I feel it would be a nice addition to the gift box. We here , in Canada , don't have a lot of these quality steins available, and as a great gift, a story behind the particular tankard would be a good conversation piece with the presentation. It would probably be a good selling point also. I was asked a lot of questions as to where and how I ordered this. Again , thank you for your help, and have a very good day. “Could not believe how quick this service was...36 hours. So good I ordered a second tankard for the second pub I drink in. Both tankards were designed by myself and engraved (so not off the shelf). I refuse to believe there is any better provider of tankards anywhere. Thank you.”
