Hi María, what a shame your order is not with you yet. I understand from experience shipping to Spain is quite slow. Your parcel was shipped before the last recommended postage date (6 days before) so I'd expect the parcel to arrive between now and 24th December. Do let me know when it arrives. ~Rach

Hi Terry, Glad to hear you're happy with your tankard. We tend to leave engraving layout to the engraver on what looks best, unless we get specific instructions. However, if you want us to change it - we can certainly do that for you. Fergus

“I received the incorrect tankard in the mail the first time & I let them know what happened. They were so kind as to let me keep the first one they sent as they sent the correct one. Both got here very quickly might I add & they are both very beautiful with a fine engraving job as well. I look forward to purchasing more from this company. “I had excellent help from customer service. I was able to chat with a representative online and I even got a discount. You have a large selection to choose from. I received my tankard and I am pleased with the product. I would definitely order from your company again. Happy holidays. “I was very pleased with the whole process. All my questions were answered via email within a few hours and the staff did everything they could to make sure I got just the tankard I was after. I ordered a custom tankard and it was made, engraved and shipped all on the day of ordering and the tankard turned up two days later.”
