“When i ordered the gift it wasnt long before the Christmas period. I emailed the company and they come back to me with a prompt response and reassured me this would be delievered before Christmas. This was recieved and i am over the moon with the final product. Will be returning for. More things in the future.”

“It's beautifully made and engraved. The only problem is a section of the Base has come loose from the tankard so now it will be impossible to put liquid in. Please help urgently. .. it's for a present on 24 th December 2016”

“The tankard was for my grandson and was exactly what I wanted. The engraving could not be placed where I wanted but your staff emailed me and made alternate suggestions which were in fact better. It also arrived in time for his christening despite the delay over the engraving. Thank you”

“The web page was nice &easy to use which isn’t always the case for me because I’m registered blind but with my screen magnification &screen reader I managed to order on line with ease. It was a great gift to send down to my son who is at the other end of the country from us at university in Falmouth along with something nice to fill it with to celebrate his 21st. He has told us what good quality the tankard is & hopefully he’s happy with what we had inscribed on it.”

“Purchased 4 1/2 pint's for family members with engraving. They arrived as requested when ordered and although the engraving is a little small, my fault I am very happy with them and I am sure that the guy's will be too.”
