“This is the eighth tankard I have bought from BUYATANKARD, ( four sons = 4x18th Birthdays and 4x21st Birthdays). I have been really pleased with all of them, glass, and pewter. They are high quality, well packaged and arrive promptly. Their website is user friendly too.”

“The overall service was great, the quality of the tankard itself was very great aswell. The time it took to deliver the item was quick very satisfied with that. but where it falls short and where it made me a little sad”

“I purchased two tankards as a christening present for my two grandchildren. I ordered the tankards on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday beautifully engraved. My only disappointment is that there is not an "excellent" rating for this review.”

“Excellent and prompt delivery. very helpful and unusually considerate advice compared with many sales departments. Engraving very good and well pôsitioned. sadly tankard itself not finished well with blemishes along seam at bottom in places, looks as if it needs an idustrial polish to even out slight metal defects. A bit spotty. However hope to back with a further order later in the year. Thank you;”

Hi Simon, Thanks for your feedback. The tankards should be polished before sending out and sometimes this polish dries leaving the blemishes. Do try washing the tankard with soapy water to remove. Let us know how you get on. ~Rach

“The first tankard I ordered had been discontinued but I got an email the same day to let me know. I then ordered another one which arrived the following day - couldn't believe how quickly it came and am delighted with it.”

“Very, very quick delivery on an order which included engraving - really impressive. The tankard was great quality except the maker's stamping on the tankard, which was at an angle. It looked untidy and detracted from the the overall appearance - this was disappointing.”

The makers marks are usually put on in this way, it emphasises the handmade craftsmanship that goes into the making of the tankards. However it shouldn't' detract from the rest of the quality. “Thank you for all your help my tankard it arrived within a week of order it is perfect. Telephone staff were very helpful and quick to reply they also sorted out problems with the date and my granddaughter now has her tankard to celebrate her birth I will defiantly use again and recommend to all my friends.”
