“difficult to sat at the moment as it was bought for grandson's birthday, but the tankard looks smart, lettering is as requested and delivery was on time. The grandson in question should be pleased with it - I certainly am on his behalf.”

“I totally love your tankards and buy one every year for our anniversary. This year I must tell you I was very disappointed in the way it was shipped. Not only was the outside box all banged up the inside box housing the tankard fell completely apart. This upset me as I use the box to wrap the gift. I was lucky the tankard was not damaged. I will continue to use you however if the product continues to come in such condition I may look elsewhere.”

Oh no Arla! We'd never send out a tankard in such a damaged box, we can only assume that its been bumped in transit. I am so sorry that your so disappointed! Next time we'll be sure to add more packaging - Sam

“Well impressed with the delivery, it arrived in time for Xmas AND before the advised delivery date of 30/12/16. Just a little disappointed in the engraving, would have hoped it would have had a bit more 'body' to it.”

“It's beautifully made and engraved. The only problem is a section of the Base has come loose from the tankard so now it will be impossible to put liquid in. Please help urgently. .. it's for a present on 24 th December 2016”

“My custom tankard was excellent and ny instructions for the text shaping and design were excecuted brilliantly. Perfect father's day gift and he absolutley loved it. Could include some instructions on how to clean it as it was a gift but I found it on the website so in this case it was fine.”

“A lovely little 1/2 pt tankard. I'm glad I went for the heavy version - it felt good and was correctly priced. Service was excellent - thank you Samantha. A couple of bémols though: 1. forget the presentation box - heavily oversold and too big 2. be cautious about engraving - it's OK but no more than that (although economical). That was partly my fault - I would have done better to have the tankard in my hands before deciding on it, then getting it done locally, e.g. at the chap downstairs in Gray's Antiques (Bond St., London)”
