“I opted to build my own tankard. Although the process seemed easy, I apparently made a mistake as when my tankard arrived, it was not what I thought I had ordered (again, it appears that was my fault). I reached out to the company, worried that I would be stuck, and much to my surprise, they were very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and fixed my issue in a very timely manner (and without nickel and diming me). The level of customer service was truly above and beyond, and the quality of the tankard was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to others. I now have a beautiful keepsake that I will treasure for a lifetime, and hopefully pass on for generations.”

“We ordered the pewter tankard with gold medallion as a gift. It was a rush order, and as promised it reached us in the US within 2 days, looking exactly as pictured only better. Expert engraving, friendly professional customer service. Our friend was very impressed and pleased with his new tankard. Highly recommended!”

“I purchased a heavy guage rodney tankard. Beautifully crafted and packaged. I will use this for the rest of my life. If I had to say anything remotely negative I guess it would be that I wish the handle was slightly longer. Long enough to fit my hand in comfortably to hold it. As it stands it is a bit of an odd length, maybe 1 inch longer and it would be perfect! Other than that I'm very happy with what I got. Thanks guys.”

“A good friend was reaching 50. Recently I had introduced him to real ale - what better way of combining these events than by buying him a presentation tankard?
