“Didn’t turn up. I’ve Emailed them twice but not had a reply to my second email yet. I know there are delays with deliveries right now but it’s been 2 weeks now and it was a birthday present for my husband, they only present he would have got because of lockdown”

Hi Melanie, Sorry that your goblet was slow to arrive. We engraved and dispatched same day using the RM48 service selected. Royal Mail second class can take up to 10 days to arrive and its fair to say they have struggled during the lockdown although things seems a lot better now. We also have a number of next day and tracked courier delivery options available for urgent orders.

“I made an enquiry about having a regimental badge engraved on a wine goblet. David at Buyatankard responded swiftly advising that there would not be a problem. The goblet arrived well packaged a few days later, and is superb with both the badge and the engraved message excellently rendered. “When the Tankard arrived i was astounded at the quality of the engraving and the Tankard itself , being that the crest is a military one there were no flaws in it whats so ever ,I will highly recommend this company and will use them for all my military engraving in the future”
