“Very effective and friendly service. I had slightly more letters and spaces than the allotted 100 characters and this was happily accommodated via email exchange. I requested to see the proof before the inscription was made. This service was very helpful in deciding whether I had chosen the right style of font. The tankard and inscription both look fabulous. Overall, very pleased with the service and highly recommended.”

“I made a personalised purchase online and the tankard was all completed (engraved to an exceptional standard with logo and text) and with me within 48 hours. Prior to the order being completed, I was also contacted (after I agreed to by a tickbox at checkout) to review the personalisation and agree it before the engraving was done. Communication was polite, efficient and professional. Honestly cannot fault the service provided by this vendor. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I'm really pleased of the quality of the tankard ,got the flashiest piece of ware in the pub .They all hate me I'm sure but hell who cares, a little flamboyance on the tankard hooks makes mine look like star trek instead of dunroamin. I joked with one of my flow drinkers it was made of gold. Guess what !! He even felt the weight of it .Well happy money well spent and it's the non toxic variety of pewter .Well done all I need is a gold plated roller now just to wind them up lol.”
