“Overall very pleased with my purchase. Found the staff very helpful in getting my order organised. I received my order of 6 Tankards to Australia in 10 days. The only issue was, the amount of polish that was left in and around the handle and edges. I know there were 6 to get out and shipped, but they were obviously rushed and was not finely checked on the way out. By no means upset. Thanks bunya tankard.”

“APPALLING service. TWICE the tankard we ordered was wrongly engraved despite the delivery note describing what we'd asked for. Also the hallmarks were placed where your mouth rests to drink. Not impressed! We got emails saying what they should have done. We knew that, only they didn't do it. After the second wrong item, which was sent by snail mail so arrived well after due date, we asked for a full refund, which we got eventually. We ordered our tankard from another company, it was perfectly engraved the first time, the hallmarks are underneath, and is was cheaper!”

Hi Marie, I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience. I remember helping you process this order so am concerned the same issue happened again. The engraving detail just seemed to be missed. Not all of our tankards have a hallmark clearly visible. It's actually a feature of this particular tankard as some people like to see this. I'm glad you were able to get something you were happy with, I'm just very sorry it didn't happen through us. ~Rach

“Theyre smaller than I expected, probably because theyre shorter and wider than most pint glasses ive seen and quite expensive. Fast shipping, considering it had to come to Australia and well pack with no damage, so + points on that one. They match what I ordered and the engravings are 100% correct.”

Hi Callum, Thanks for your helpful review. Some people do find these to be a little different to expectations simply as you state they are traditional and not a regular pint glass, luckily they do still hold a full pint! I hope you're having lots of fun using this. ~Rach

“I ordered the tankard, which was to be engraved, over the phone; the service was first class and very helpful. It was dispatched very quickly and arrived safely. I have not seen it myself, as it was sent as a gift to an address down south, but I can report that my Grandson is tickled pink with it and delighted with the inscription! Many thanks.”

“First of all I must say a big thankyou to Stephanie for the help she gave me. The tankard I chose was wonderful and my Grandson loved it. Delivery was as promised, it arrived within 2days.
