“Good quality tankard was crisply engraved and delivered within a couple of days. I expected the 'strokes' of the letters to be filled (satin or hatching) to stand out more but it may be my mistake for not checking this first. Even without this, it is very smart and suitable as a present for a friend's 60th.”

“Bought a half-pint engraved tankard for my (adult) daughter at Christmas. Now have a quarter-pint child cup for my daughter to give to my niece for her first communion. Identical apart from size and they are both a delight! Service was really prompt. I have nothing but praise for this company. Will revisit as I have a huge family.!!!”

“I ordered 7 tankards from Buyatankard.com and they were sent out very quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service related to this order and I think the live chat is a fantastic feature (albeit I had to stay up to 2AM in order to use it due to the time difference). I happen to live in Whistler, BC, Canada and received my tankards only two days after they were sent. Unfortunately due to a small fabrication error, the weld on one tankard cracked. Dismayed, I contacted the company and Samantha immediately had a replacement built and sent out. They covered all the necessary fees, including the import fees and I had my replacement in a couple of days. It is fantastic to see a company stand behind their product so strongly. The tankards are fantastic and can't wait to give them to my grooms men at my upcoming wedding. Thanks again!”
