“1. Engraving instructions were not carried out as requested. 2. The engraving is extremely shallow. 3. The finish on the handle is poor. 4. I have had no response from Buyatankard regarding issues 1 & 2 which were emailed to them.”

“A colleague was leaving and I had to get a gift at short notice. Buyatankard.com was able to engrave a tankard with a message and logo and deliver the next day which was great. I was very impressed with the tankard on arrival - it was just what I wanted - excellent quality - and my colleague loved it. Definitely would recommend.”

“I made a phone enquiry about the delivery of a tankard that I wanted for early May and spoke to Mr David Pryke. He assured me that he would get it delivered in time and to my amazement it was delivered the following day. It had been engraved as I wanted and I was very pleased with it. The presentation box arrived arrived the day afterwards and the tankard looks very good in it - my Grandson I am sure will be very pleased with it for his 18th Birthday. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“I put in two separate orders and only afterwards asked if they coul be sent together. That was no problem and I received my order within 4 days in Europe. Could not have asked for it to have been dealt with more efficiently. Thank you!”

“Excellent quality and service - highly recommended!! We bought a tankard for our son's 21st birthday, after finding a limited option (of one) in our High Street shops. We selected a tankard from their extensive range online, which turned out to be of excellent quality and neatly engraved with our own choice of font. They even phoned to check they were putting the engraving exactly where we wanted it. It was engraved and dispatched the same day, even though I ordered it mid afternoon. Very impressed.”
