“Ordered the tankard on Friday evening, it was shipped Monday and I received it Saturday, just in time for father's day Sunday. Note that the shipping was for Denmark, hence the longer delivery. The tankard was perfect and has been the cause of much amusement and envy in our group of friends. Next time I need a tankard - I'll be shopping here. :)”

“Twas a bit smaller than what I was hoping for. However the style is great and craftmanship optimum. Great for drinkin wheat beers. I am going to order another one, a 2pint! I hope its not too big hahaha”

“Unfortunately, the first personalized tankard's handle broke in transit. However, I was amazed by the service that they sent a replacement out the next day and it arrived in time for the going away party. VERY professional. I was extremely happy with the service and the quality. Would very much recommend.”

“Really pleased with the product but even more pleased with the overall service. I needed to buy an engraved tankard at very short notice and was concerned that I wouldn't receive it in time. It arrived the very next day! And what was hugely impressive was the excellent level of customer service, with the team checking to make sure what I wanted could actually be produced and delivered in the timelines, offering advice, and being generally brilliant!”

“Goods as ordered, was a bit alarmed at first when first parcel arrived to find 4 empty gift boxes. Then the e-mail arrived saying shipment would be in two parts. Pity the goods arrived before the e-mail telling me this. other than that no problems.”

“I am keeping it in the box for my daughter's graduation present from Wellesley College, outside of Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She took a play that she directed at Oxford to Edinburgh last summer so I thought that it would be fun for her to open a package from Edinburgh. The engraving is a Line from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night which was the title of her Senior Honors Thesis. Thanks so much, yes, the box arrived!!!!!!!! And I am sure what is inside is beautiful.
