“Quick delivery, engraving was top quality and a nice presentation box one comment, would be useful to see how the different fonts would look on the tankard image before ordering very pleased.”

“I ordered 2 tankards. One of them leaks. Can anything be done about that - I'm in San FRancisco and you're in Edinburgh. Other than that,, they looks nice, were well priced and arrived quickly -- but not really mush good if they don't actually hold the liquid :(”

“The service and ease of ordering was really good. The delivery time was quick as well. Top marks for that. We were however a little disappointed in the actual engraving of the inscription on the tankard itself. It was all correct but the appearance was insubstantial, and maybe we would have selected a more prominent font had we been aware of the result. Maybe a solution to this would be a' virtual' picture of the inscription on the selected item instead of just the box showing the chosen font. It would help people decide if the chosen font was the correct one.”

“The tankard was delivered in good time and I am happy with the quality of it and the engraving. A pity I had to pay an extra £5 for a presentation box which I think makes this a bit expensive overall. Frank”
