Sorry your tankard did not arrive on time. We dispatched the next day as promised and used the Royal Mail 24 service you selected. We also offer a choice of guaranteed next day delivery options which would have been shown at checkout.

“Ordered a celtic tankard with my family coat of arms engraved. I received top class communication from David who went the extra mile and altered the artwork for me leaving it perfect. The tankard is extremely well made, looks fantastic and the coat of arms and text engraving are top class. In time this tankard will be passed on to my son. First class in every way.”
