“People: Rachel on the phone was very helpful & good humoured -Excellent. Delivery: Ordered tankard on Friday lunchtime it arrived 08.45 Monday morning -it really cannot get better than that, also progress updates to laptop. - Excellent Website: also very good, "engraving preview" particulary clever idea -Excellent Product: Bought this brass rim pewter tankard as a gift for someone, think it was about the most expensive one they had but it is exceptionally nice & worth every penny (should get one for myself) Excellent”

“I ordered two of these tankards. They are very nice and I would order these again in the future. The one thing that would be helpful, is if the actual font size was given with the engraving. The engraving I chose seemed on the small side and might have been easier to read if it had been larger. Overall though, it looks very nice and the shipping to the U.S. was very quick.”

Hi David, Thanks for your kind review. The engraving is always left to the engravers discretion but is usually as big as possible (we also have to take into account the width of text in the available space). If you ever want something in a particular font size you can use the form at ordering to do so. I hope this helps. ~Rach
