“Absolutely brilliant service. ...can't fault it at all. Quality goods at a reasonable price. Excellent and friendly customer service. ..as I found out when I wanted to change the engraving. I emailed straight away and it was changed without fuss. Can't recommend them highly enough. I bought a tankard for my son's 30th birthday and I love it ....such a lovely gift. Thank you so much”

“The gift which I purchased from you was for my Grandsons 21st birthday on Sunday. It arrived on time and he was very pleased with it. As he lives in Scotland and I live in Derby I look forward to seeing the gift sometime.”

“first let me apologise for the delay in getting back to you.... I received the taknard the very next day on opening the box MY comment was WOW... However as it was a gift I decided to wait untill it was given... the all round view covered several comments eg terrific; super; fantastic: and other unprintable words but all in awe. the recipent was nearly in tears and on taking it home had to fight the Wife of for possesion of it all in all a truly fantstic peice of work and people asking me for your contact. a big vote of Thanks to you all... “It's well made and attractive but I'm afraid it is useless for drinking wine from as the metal affects the taste to a disastrous level; my fault I suppose for not looking into it carefully but that fact is a more than a little disappointing. Shame because the item itself looks just as I wanted.”

Hey Martin, We're so sorry that you're not 100% happy with your new goblet. Drinking wine from pewter can have a slight effect on the taste. Its perhaps more suited to ale or beer. Hopefully you'll still be able to put this to good use though. - Sam

“Tankard arrived within a few days. Engraving was a little small and difficult to read. I talked to their customer service and ordered a new tankard with larger engraving for no extra costs. Excellent service. Highly recommendable.”

“The product is good quality and I am pleased with the engraving. However on my order I specifically asked to preview the engraving before it was done and this was ignored. I am happy with the tankard I received but I would have been most annoyed if it had not been what I expected.”
