“I chose what writing to have on the tankard I opted for the preview to be sent to me first for approval when that arrived by email I said yes that’s fine an hour later or maybe even less I got another email telling me that it was all done and dispatched arrived to days later because I opted for free delivery but still royal tracked very impressed with the tankard and the font I chose great company would definitely recommend to anyone that reads this review A++++++”

“As of this date the tankards have not been shipped, they had to go back to the engraver, date correction. My error I approved the art work with the wrong date. I spoke to David about a week ago and rework would take about a week. My mess but hope to have them delivered to Cheam Surrey, by September 29/2020. Thanks and regards, Nigel Rippon”

“Excellent item, beautifully engraved and sent / received extraordinarily quickly. I ordered quite late on a Thursday and had the item Saturday morning. My one complaint is that other than the confirmation received on the webpage at the point of purchase, there was no confirmatory email, which given how quickly it arrived, did not become an issue, but might have, had there been any problems / delays, so I recommend taking a screen shot of the order confirmation page.”
