“Absolutely brilliant! Communication was excellent to ensure I got the right engraving, even with all my changes. So pleased with my initial order that I ordered another tankard and they gave me advise on the style to best suit the engraving. Great customer service, quick response and delivery and both tankards look amazing, utterly delighted. Highly recommend.”

“The goblet arrived on time but the text engraved is too small and the Latin quote has been broken up into two lines. I would expect a call to explain that the text would be better placed on a larger goblet so it could be placed correctly. I have emailed twice to request a refund/ advice to solution but no reply as of today, which is disappointing!”

“Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, I chose to have it engraved too. I received the tankard within two days and it is perfect. I liked that I could choose the font of the engraving, although it would have been easier to choose if I could have a preview of the engraving on the tankard, rather than just a text box. Regardless, I am exceptionally pleased with the service, and excited to give this gift.”
