“I bought a personalised, glass bottomed tankard for my husbands 30th birthday as a special present from our son. I just know hubby will love it, in fact I can't wait to see his face when he opens it. Delivery was fab too, wrapped well and received within 48 hours of ordering. “Quick service. After making a mistake when I ordered engraving, I emailed to correct error. This was acknowledged immediately and the correction applied. Tankard arrived a few days later duly engraved.”

“The website should give a full description, height, width and diameter, of product. I purchased a 1 pint celtic dragon tankard because in the picture it looks like its 6 to 7,1/2 inches tall but now that i have it, its only maybe 4 to 5,1/2 inches tall. It looks like a shiney coffee cup. I guess i have to buy a 2 pint tankard to get a man size cup.”

“I am very pleased with the service I received from your end. The tankard arrived promptly, nicely packed. My only complaint is with your courier. I was at home when he drove up to my front door and dumped the parcel outside, although it was soon going to rain. He made no attempt to ring my door bell. Luckily I saw the parcel and retrieved it immediately. Most couriers in this rural village take the trouble to ring the bell and to leave things under cover if nobody is at home. PVT”
