“Tankard looks great. Customer service was great. Only problem is it says DATIE instead of DATE. Not sure whether its hand done or by machine, but either way I guesss it's the kind of error you wouldn't expect.”

“difficult to sat at the moment as it was bought for grandson's birthday, but the tankard looks smart, lettering is as requested and delivery was on time. The grandson in question should be pleased with it - I certainly am on his behalf.”

“I totally love your tankards and buy one every year for our anniversary. This year I must tell you I was very disappointed in the way it was shipped. Not only was the outside box all banged up the inside box housing the tankard fell completely apart. This upset me as I use the box to wrap the gift. I was lucky the tankard was not damaged. I will continue to use you however if the product continues to come in such condition I may look elsewhere.”

“The custom image turned out beautifully, and I loved that there was no minimum number for custom tankards. Customer service was wonderful, responded quickly, and worked to help send a replacement (the tab on the lid broke). My only suggestion would be to include care instructions with the package. Will definitely use again!!”

“Well impressed with the delivery, it arrived in time for Xmas AND before the advised delivery date of 30/12/16. Just a little disappointed in the engraving, would have hoped it would have had a bit more 'body' to it.”
