“A lovely little 1/2 pt tankard. I'm glad I went for the heavy version - it felt good and was correctly priced. Service was excellent - thank you Samantha. A couple of bémols though: 1. forget the presentation box - heavily oversold and too big 2. be cautious about engraving - it's OK but no more than that (although economical). That was partly my fault - I would have done better to have the tankard in my hands before deciding on it, then getting it done locally, e.g. at the chap downstairs in Gray's Antiques (Bond St., London)”

“Love the tankard, however when asked about the engraving I asked that it be placed 'opposite' the handle, I was disappointed to find it had been placed on the side of the handle!”

“Ordering process easy; processing and despatch very quick and efficient. I chose this company because it offered a better range of options than any competitor I could find, plus reasonable prices. Pleased with the product, but slightly disappointed that the engraved text was not exactly as I would have liked. I asked for a call to discuss alternatives if my precise requirement was not technically possible, but didn't get one.”

“i got the engraving wrong and called up the next day and asked for the amendment. The member of staff on the phone was very polite and did her best to help me out with my issue... I got the delivery promptly and my dad loved it. Great service all round”

“We were very pleased with the quality of the engraving and the tankard. The service was extremely fast and efficient. We called to confirm our on-line instructions had been understood and learned that the items were already in shipping. The staff member confirmed our order with the engraver and all was clearly understood. The follow up service was excellent!! Products and services are highly recommended.”

“Fantastic service. We needed a present to give from our company in very short notice and we ordered online and there was a large range available for very good prices. We ordered and required engraving and had our delivery within one working day and it was perfect. Also we had constant updated emials on both our order and shipment. We will be coming back and will be recommending you.”

“The overall experience was great, buying a Tankard for my son's 21st birthday brought back all the memories of receiving mine over 25 years ago. The website is very user friendly. Easy to navigate choices, designs, engraving and checkout. The turn around was very fast, I placed my order on May 29 and it was received at destination on June 3. That's Sunday to Friday, Scotland to Texas in 5 days. That is worth more than the 5 stars I was able to give. I will definitely be returning when my youngest turns 21, and will most definitely pass along the web site to all my friends. From an EX PAT living in Texas, great job, BTW my son loves the Tankard.”

“Tankard is lovely and I'm sure my husband will love it as his Fathers Day gift. Very quick delivery and presentation is really top notch. One or two of the letters are a little faint but this seems to add to the authenticity. The only downside :- Sharing an email address with my husband there's no getting away with "secret" ordering so obviously he has a good idea what has arrived !!!! He still has to wait to see it on Fathers Day !!”
