“Service was good but did not get the inscription the way I ordered. More care needed when reading the instructions. This was a 21 st gift and I am not very happy with the end result.”

“I received my order -- a gift to a friend -- much quicker than I anticipated, so that was a massive plus because I didn't have to worry about not getting the present in time. I did leave instructions to make the lettering of some of the engraving on the tankard bigger (as illustration suggested this could be done). Sadly these instructions were not followed -- would have been 5 stars if they had. My friend still liked the present so all in all I am pleased with buyatankard.com”

“Very prompt service. Tankard was bought as a 60th birthday gift from us in Aberdeen, Scotland and was delivered direct to Chester within a few days of ordering. Recipient was delighted with this gift and more than happy with the quality of the tankard and the engraving we asked for. No problem recommending this company to others.”

“I ordered a glass-bottomed tankard with suitable inscription for one of my grand-sons' 21st birthday. It arrived very quickly and I am delighted with it. I have other grandchildren who will in due course be attaining their 21sts and I will not hesitate to order again.”

“Very easy to order. Initially spoke over the phone to ask abut specific requirements and then directed to the build a tankard part of the site. All the features we wanted were there and as instructed in the phone call put in our special finish request in the comments box. Fergus and Rachel emailed/phoned us to confirm all would be done. Delivery was very quick and although we haven't checked it with actual ale yet to confirm it doesn't leak it appears to be exactly what we wanted so we are very satisfied.”

“The service from this site was extremely good. Not only are the prices reasonable, the tankards are stunning and the engraving is done to an extremely high standard. There is also an excellent range of choice - certainly something to suit everyone. The delivery was right on time - early, in fact! Even though I only ordered on a Monday, by economy delivery it arrived at its destination on Thursday safe and sound. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a special, personalised gift.”

“After going trough some hard times i decided to reward myself for getting trough them as i did. I always wanted something akin to a drinking mug, even if its just for show, when i heard i could design my own i had my doubts, but it came out wonderfully. I'm very happy with the result and could recommend this to anyone, keep up the good work and be proud. i wish you the best from across the small pond here in Holland Thanel”
