“Order was for a long service award for a work colleague. Order and engraving requirements placed easily on website and David replied within the day with the proofs for the engraving. Very fast turnaround of the order and the recipient is delighted with it. This is the second engraved tankard we have ordered and would not hesitate to use again - very happy !”

“Arrived quickly but I did ask for it to be engraved but when it arrived all it had on it was “50” being as we needed it that weekend we decided not to return it & just give it to the person as it was - we were very disappointed as it would have been a nice touch to have some sort of engraving on it & I thought it was quite expensive for the tankard with no engraving on it.”

I have checked the order and can see it arrived with no notes and the area where we ask you to enter what you would like us to engrave was left blank. We therefore engraved the tankard as per our design template and assumed you just wanted just our design and the age. Apologies if that is not what you wanted but there was nothing to tell us otherwise.

“I chose this good-quality heavy-grade pewter tankard and decided on the wording for engraving, then received editing advice and a mock-up from David, the engraver. The tankard arrived very quickly, just 2 or 3 days. It's strange writing this review because I haven't actually seen the tankard yet! I decided that my 2 adult children could give it to me for my Christmas present so I passed it straight over to my son. However, he's opened it up, inspected it and tantalised me by saying that I'll absolutely love it! Enough said - can't wait for Christmas day!”
