“Very fast delivery and the radio is superb. Great sound quality and the RDS feature means it identifies the station and automatically adjusts the time. The radio is far better than I expected expected so overall I am delighted with the product and the service.”

“DAB Radio arrived on time - no problem. However - not 5 stars - as we have installed it today - and it had ONE screw missing - a special size, so nothing we could find at home to fit - so it is held up with just 3 screws! Probably would work better with the Digital aerial they recommend, but thought we'd try it without - it does work!”

“Really like mirror sound and function. You have to be strong to install and will need two of you which should maybe be highlighted. Only negative is that it takes 15 mins for the de-mister to work so not quite as good for the first person in the shower, by the time the second is out it is clear.”

We're really pleased that you've found the sound and function of your Tenor Illuminated Bluetooth Radio Mirror up to standard. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the installation and demister issue. We have raised this with our supplier regarding improvement such as a potential solution of chains and pivots attached to the mirror glass to help easier installation. We will endeavour to find out the reasoning behind the demister issues you have, but it may be down to the conditions within your room such as size of room and temperature prior to use, but we will raise this for you. Good morning Hayley, Further to our enquiry to our suppliers, it is a mains low-powered demister which is common in the vast majority of demister products on the market. "The problem is the demist is not manual on/off - it comes on with the lights. Because the lights can be left on for long periods you don’t want the demist using chunks of power over the same period, hence most manufacturers fit low power demist...If the room is cold and the steam/humidity comes as a blast, then it will heavily mist and I can quite believe it would take 10-15 minutes to clear. This is not uncommon with other mirrors. A warm, well aspirated bathroom and it will clear quicker." We hope this clarifies the situation regarding the speed of which the demister comes on at. “Great customer service - Called up to ask some questions about prior to buying my new mirror and a very knowledgable guy was able to talk me through my queries. Everything covered off and all boxes ticked. Quick and efficient delivery and extremely pleased with my new bluetooth streaming, DAB, FM, LED sensor controlled, demisting mirror. Oh and your able to see yourself in it too!!”

We're sorry that you felt let down with your product, and we have tried to contact you via telephone and email to help resolve your issues further. Our records show, alongside those with the KB Sound Warranty Centre, that a swap of an iSelect DAB module took place in October 2014, this coming from your August 2013 order, and we had no other notice of any issues raised from this particular order going forward. As per all of our orders, review requests are sent after purchase, so with your latest order placed in August 2015 (from which you have left us this review), we have also no records of contact or issues relating to this particular 2015 order, so we can only presume your grievance was with your original 2013 order. “I have several of these in use and experience good performance in terms of data transfer including copying files and streaming media. Copy speeds are actually close to the theoretical maximum for the MoCA 1.1 spec (I see around 170Mbps). Highly recommended if you already have Coax cabling and want to save yourself the effort and cost of running UTP.”

“I have connected it to an aerial at this time and pleased with the picture reception. Still struggling to fit it at present as there was no fitting instructions ! Working all this week so will attempt to fit it at the weekend. Would have been nice to have a template to drill a suitable hole to take the cables some of which I do not understand.”

We're glad to hear that you have been able to connect your Visua 10" Flipdown TV and receive a picture. There are no real fitting instructions given within the product as it is effectively just four screws (supplied) to screw into the base of your kitchen cabinet. We do have a very short description of this on the product page of our website. However, our Flipdown DVD TV units do come supplied with fitting templates In regards to the cabling which comes out of the swivel mounting bracket, you have the option of drilling out a small hole to accommodate these composite video cables, aerial cable and power cables, or you can carefully thread them back through the bracket and run them on the underside of your cabinet should you wish to not cut the hole.
