“We had a problem with the first package but I got in touch and even though it was the week before Christmas the replacement was with us the next day. Very impressed with the person I spoke to.”

“Being German the plug for the radio is a European 2 pin which has an adaptor to use in Britain ,which is ok except that it sticks out a bit from the wall....I wanted to cut off the original plug and fit a geniuine UK plug unfortunately the original plug incorporates the transformer in a single unit so my original idea cannot be carried out . So I have to put up with it . The radio itself is fine.”

Hello Diane, Following our email conversation - it was noted that during our closedown period over Christmas and New Year, orders placed between certain dates do not get dispatched until our re-opening. This was indicated on email contact when orders were made, but we were glad to make contact with you recently to clear up any confusion. As we closedown over Christmas / New Year due to our shared building status, we don't have access to dispatch. As a result of a short Christmas this year as well, we continued to send review requests to customers. We'd like to put on record that at BuyCleverStuff, we do not ever intend to hold payments without dispatching - if you can order, it means we have the stock available - even further to that, we don't take pre-sale/pre-orders so we can be sure a) we have the stocks available and b) you're not intentionally ever out of pocket. “Received the Lithe Audio master and slave speakers promptly. The sound is very good and look great situated above the kitchen island. Just one slight issue; one of the tiny magnets which secure the speaker grill dropped out when first attaching the grill. A bit of super glue should sort it out”
