“The KB Sound iSelect was delivered speedily and was easy to install. It provides good clear sound quality and receives lots of DAB stations using an antenna fitted in the loft.”

“Re purchase of Soundmaster in December the following faults:- Time,Date and Year would not register automatically in spite of 4 hour wait. DAB no longer available. Preset use of channels on not working. All functions turn off after 15 minutes. Auto turnoff has been cancelled to no avail. Please contact re your proposals for dealing with this matter.”

“The price was good and delivery was excellent. The only problem I have had is to turn the RCC off . I suspect that the translation to english is not great.I will call if I continue to be unsuccessful . I would certainly use this site again.”

“I'd not heard of this company before, and found it looking for an item Google told me they stocked. Extremely pleased I found them. The item is perfect for my purposes, but the purchase was fast, secure and very easy. It arrived amazingly swiftly, well packaged, and with constant reminders as to its delivery time en route. “Good product and helpful staff. My unit didn't work at first but we trouble shooted and my bathroom mirror's hand sensor was blocking the IR signal to use the ceiling speakers. Watch out for this as there is no fix other than having to stand in front of the mirror to operate the speakers (block the IR signal bouncing out of the sink!)”
