“Excellent! From my initial contact by phone where I spoke to a very helpful gentleman, we received our goods (bathroom Bluetooth mirrors - superb!) the next day. The courier contacted us, as promised, with an hour time slot for delivery. Will definitely use BuyCleverStuff again and also recommend to friends.”

“Got the equipment bathroom bluetooth sound system not fitted it having a steam shower room built which this will be part of. So can't comment on what it sounds like, but I'm sure it will work OK, made my choice following extensive research into what I wanted both on the internet for price and reviews on how well these things worked in the real world. So I'm happy I got what I want from a reputable supplier at a price I was happy to pay not the cheapest, but you know what you can get if you just go by the price. Product delivered quickly no problems. looking forward for the chance to us it which should be in the next month.”

“Totally blown away from first contact where I was provided with all the advise I required to select the right system for our needs to the quality and sound of the installed system. Brilliant sound on DAB radio and Bluetooth. Apart from a great product I really appreciated the knowledgeable and pleasant customer service every time I called.”

“Delivered quickly without problems the tv is neat and compact the only issue I have got is insurance! The customer is left hoping there are no problems after the first year as this product is not cheap and the power cable connection is loose, hope you can rectify this problem as i've had the tv short time. The delivery and service at time of purchase is excellent.”

“I ordered an undershelf radio, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the adaptor (for the continental plug) had been omitted. When I reported this, it was sent by the following day, which I thought was a quite excellent response. Overall, the quality of product, and of service, is outstanding: very quick, efficient, and excellent value.”

“KB Sound iSelect with ipod dock Customer service was excellent, the product was delivered the next day as promised. I was a little disappointed with the product, at the price I would have expected a power cord to be attached, if not a UK plug, also very limited control of the ipod when using the KB sound remote control.”

Thank you for your review, we're pleased that you were able to receive fantastic customer service from us, and this will be passed on to the team. Across the KB Sound range, products do not include power cords, they are to be connected to your mains supply in whatever way you choose. I believe my colleague Rob was also able to confirm to you that these are, unfortunately, the only controls available with the iSelect remote when connected to an iPod docking station, or if connected via Bluetooth.
