“Not really had time to evaluate the product fully in use, but no problems setting up. Neat, with functions not on systems I have owned previously . Hope to get plenty of use out of it. Needs aerial, sold separately.”

“I recently ordered the Soundmaster MCD5500 Hi fi stereo system, it arrived promptly, but unfortunately there was a problem with the system. The power cut off after 15 minutes when using the turntable or playing tapes - due to auto-stop power saving rules! My request to exchange the unit was very promptly dealt with, and the replacement works fine. Overall very good customer service, thank you!”

“Delivery was a week earlier than expected. I had to phone with a query and the young man I spoke to was very helpful and the missing item arrived two days later. Very pleased with the system. Only one query - the guarantee is in German so I can't understand any of it!”

“This was bought for my Father in Law and overall he is very pleased with it. The only downside is there is no option to record to tape as he still enjoys relistening to radio programmes. No other issues though with the item. Customer service and delivery were excellent.”

“Your delivery service and communication was superb..... fast and efficient. The Soundmaster Highline FM/DAB clock radio that l purchased was well built and the design attractive and sleek. The sound production is very good and the only negative issue is that the clock numbers are too small to see from more than a few feet away. Otherwise, very pleased with everything.”

“Good item but not designed for the UK market so came with adaptor plug from continental to 3 pin and instruction to turn off feature if used in UK. Somewhat disappointed.”

“The service from cleaver stuff was excellent but the service from the courier service was not good item was deliver 2 days late as courier went on 2 deprecate occasions to wrong address despite me leaving work early to take delivery of item don't think I would use you again because of this”
