Hello Nadir, We have tried to contact you to resolve any potential query you may have had with this order and to get a full understanding of the condition of the item when received. At BuyCleverStuff, we never sell items that have been returned from previous customers as "New" items, so this should not have been the case. We do on occasion quality control items as part of maintaining the high standard of products we sell, and also with some items to include, where possible any adaptors to make delivery of items easier and so every element is found within the main box carton. “Received as promised, when it came to fitting I came across a couple of problems, first of all the 'long' screws supplied for use with spacers are no way long enough to fix to unit.to solve this I bought longer screws and then had to modify fixing plate, but now all is good and I'm very happy with the product.”

“the delivery was excellent and the price was also very good.Although I had a problem with the understanding of the set up the staff were also excellent although it took some time for them to realise that the problem was due to the customer handbook information.I am pleased that the problem was eventually resolved as I most cetainly would have been unable to achieve this myself.”

“Did quite a lot of research before selecting this Hi Fi system. Great sound all round and a compact unit with separate stereo speakers . I believe this is probably the best system available at this price. Great value for money. Now able to play those old LP's once again. I would most definitely recommend this with all the additional features and simple to use remote control. Buy this you won't be disappointed.”
