“Good service and delivery. Superb picture quality. Only slight niggle was the absence of any spacers which you need if you have a palmet round the bottom of your cabinet. With the increasing use of under cabinet lighting palmets are more common. I had to use two bits of wood to expose DVD slot.”

Thank you for your review! We're glad that you're able to enjoy your product to its fullest now it's installed. We were aware of the issue with spacer kits, which prior to recent changes, our advice would have been to install as you have done, however with our larger flipdown TVs we do have the option of supplying pelmet spacer kits. “I am not a natural "do it yourself" person and so needed extra help with installing my product. After emailing an sos to the company I was sent a very detailed and informative reply with both diagrams and explanations and was able to install my purchase with ease. The customer service here is absolutely - they are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I am thrilled with my purchase - excellent quality at a reasonable price.”

“Excellent Customer Service - and which would put to shame most other companies ! My email requesting help following an operational issue with my Soundmaster under cabinet system, was quickly returned with the offer of repair or replacement. Although on testing the fault wasn't able to be replicated, I was provided with the latest replacement model to ensure my satisfaction with BuyCleverStuff. If there were 6 star ratings, my experience would have rated 6 !”

“We were looking for speakers for our kitchen and we emailed Buy Clever Stuff to ask if we could go somewhere to hear the speakers. The response was great. It was fast and very informative. They said it would be far for us to come. However not only did they answer the question they also helped to ensure the product was suitable for out kitchen. We chose speakers which were waterproof, which was not needed in our kitchen. We were unaware of this so this was great help in itself. Also they were happy to help find us an alternative product which will suit us more without asking. Overall. They had the knowledge to ensure the product we chose was right. They were great help!”

“Original product arrived damaged inside its packaging but a simple phone all and clever stuff had arranged for it to be replaced . Replacement arrived in 2 working days. Excellent service all round. Maurice”

“Bought a DAB under worktop radio and the sound was distorted, not as good as a previously-purchased identical model. Contacted Buycleverstuff and they arranged to deliver a tested unit and collect the faulty one. New unit duly arrived as promised and works flawlessly. No hassle. Absolutely fantastic service from an excellent company, delighted with them. Would definitely recommend. Price very competitive too.”

“Delivery fantastic here in 18 hrs during the , pre -christmas rush well packed. Just got round to fitting it . excellent product and picture , instructions fine but no installation instructions not that there was anything other than common sense involved. Only defect noted was battery for remote (sealed) was flat. Renewed , set up was easy sound is not hi-fi but on a unit this big wouldn't expect. Would deal with again really first class.”
