“Very simple site to navigate. I was looking for a spare remote for a product I bought from them 5 years ago and was able to find the product and purchase no problem. It was delivered very quickly after that. Very efficient and some great products.”

“I have only one complaint and that is with the manual that the comes with the product. It is sparse with information, for example; once the presents are set up it does not tell you how to select them afterwards . I tried by pressing "preset" first then "+" or "-" but that stores the current receiving station on the next available preset. Can you help?”

“Buying experience was good, person I spoke to was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Quick delivery. Just fitted but it was easy to install and first impression is the good sound quality. Plenty of power for such small unit. For future would put sound lagging above the speakers to reduce noise penetration into the rooms above. Would give five stars but wanted to get a longer period use in the bathroom environment.”

“Hi, answered the phone straight the way when ordering, I spoke to a person not a machine, the cd player was the cheapest I could find, I ordered the cd player in the afternoon and it was delivered free 9.30 the following morning, they even supplied the plug adaptor free, excellent service.”

“Bought a 17" waterproof Kitchen TV. The good points are it was east to fit in a kitchen cabinet and the quality picture was good. Your can even get, with the right equipment, SKY on it from a remote box [only the main channel you are watching on the Sky box] but quality was again good. The speaker volume could be better and even with Bass turned fully UP and Treble fully Down, the sound is still 'tinny' and the volume could be better. Only 2 watts. Delivery was extended but it did arrive when promised. If they can overcome the volume problem and include an 'Ethernet' connection it would be an outstanding kitchen TV.”

Thank you for your feedback regarding your Kitchen Cabinet Door TV purchase, I would agree that the Kitchen TV could do with slightly better speakers but as with all TVs it does seem to be an area that manufacturers are neglecting. Also as this particular Kitchen TV fits into the door it needs to be as slim and lightweight as possible which means compromise in some areas, overall we're happy to sell the product as it's still a quality product. “Purchased a Sovos 15" Kitchen TV which was delivered promptly as promised; it was just a pity the courier was unpleasant! I drilled the holes using my own template, then fitted it with aid of a car jack and a block of wood, and it works fine. The only problem experienced so far is having to be so square on to the screen to view it (why so bad, Sovos?), but a previous reviewer had prepared me for this. Many thanks BCS!”

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent SOVOS 15" Kitchen TV purchase at BuyCleverStuff. I'm very sorry to hear about the attitude of the driver from the UK Mail Basildon depot, this has already been raised internally. With regards to the viewing angle, this can be a problem on all smaller screens likes the one found in the 15" SOVOS Kitchen TV, however adjusting to vivid screen settings helps to overcome this. “I wanted a kitchen tv that was unfortunately out of stock. I telephoned to ask a few questions, i found the staff's knowlage of their products was really good. I asked for an email when stock arrived and true to their word they emailed me. I ordered the product, it arrived speedily, and it is a fabulous product. I would defiantly recommend this company the staff are pleasant and knowlagable and their products are excellent.”
