“I telephoned and spoke to James regarding a bluetooth system for a bathroom. James was so helpful and spent a lot of time helping me to choose the right system for me, nothing was too much trouble. My order came quickly, and the Lithe 2 system is brilliant. I would certainly recommend (Buy Clever Stuff) .”

“I ordered a S-box knife box from you, but I got a reply: ”the manufacturer will not complete the order to dispatch to Sweden. We will issue your refund presently”. But I hav´nt yet got my money back. Niclas Blixt Madison”

We are disappointed to read your review this afternoon that you state you have not received your refund. I can confirm that unfortunately the manufacturer would not dispatch to Sweden so we had no other option but to void this transaction. Voiding the transaction is completely different from refunding it. If the order had been fully processed, the funds would have appeared in our account, however as we voided this transaction on the same day, so no funds will have been moved away from your account into ours. Please fully check your bank statement. If the funds have been taken it would state our full trading name. We would have been happy to investigate this further if direct contact had been made first before any review was made as we take these matters extremely seriously for our customers. We see you purchased on the Saturday over the Bank Holiday period, so unfortunately it was not able to be processed until the following Tuesday to receive on Wednesday, but with your next order, place it before 3pm on a weekday (Monday-Friday) and if we have it in stock ready to go, you will receive it next working day...for free! “I Ordered , under cupboard radio, but ordered the wrong one UR2170S1 it was two long, I rang to ask if i could change it for a smaller one,I was told that it would be no problem, I sent it back, and received a smaller one the UR2040, i must say the service was excellent,very prompt, & I am very happy with the radio great sound , thank you B.S”

“I thought it. Would be a nice radio, When I unpacked. It well I was absulatly delighted ,wot a beautiful radio the highly polished wood and of course the sound quality is perfect,Yes I would definitely buy again lm after one for the kitchen when fund's are available , Once again Thank you Mr Paul Robinson”

“First off I wasn't happy, BuyCleverStuff had sent the wrong items. But a photo call and a day later I had the correct items and a paid for return label to send back the items incorrectly sent. So I'm happy, after all, mistakes happen but that's when good companies can shine and do the right thing. I'm pleased to say BuyCleverStuff is one of those companies”
