“I didn't have a problem but did raise a small concern. The follow up service and response I got was outstanding. It was treated as a way to get better in the future. We should all respond like this to issues.”

“Not long after I bought a DAB 2035 under cupboard mountable kitchen DAB radio it stopped working correctly. It took a long time to come on when the power switch was put on; up to 15 minutes and variable and a week or so later it ceased to function entirely. It powered up when switched on and showed that DAB (or FM) was selected but did not go beyond that point; making small, regular, clicking noises but not moving to scan and most of the buttons do not operate (menu etc) although the ATO and timer buttons responded. I removed it (unscrewed the fittings) from under the cupboard and it has sat, unused, in another cupboard since then.”

“Review for KB iSelect BT 5" DAB Radio and Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker System: this is an amazing price of kit. Very easy to install, fantastic sound quality and very easy to use. I highly recommend this. The first one worked for a couple of days and then wouldn't switch on, I returned it and was sent another one that 6 months later is still working brilliantly so that 1st one must have been a bad unit. I was a bit disappointed that I had to spend £22 returning it as I don't think you should have to pay for the return of faulty goods still under guarantee. I got over that though and would use this company again as they were very good on the phone and very helpful. It's in our bathroom and it's amazing being able to leave the iPad outside the bathroom but listen to your music in the shower! This unit could be placed anywhere in the house though and would be great. A bedroom or the kitchen would be good too. I needed the second speaker to be further away than the length of wire allowed so we cut it and extended it with speaker wire from Maplin and it's great. I will be buying another one when I do the next bathroom!”

I'm sorry to read that you were disappointed that you had to pay the return costs, I'm also very surprised that it cost you so much. Our returns policy is clearly stated on our site and during the first 14 days if a product is faulty we do cover the delivery costs both ways, however in cases over 14 days the customer covers the return to ourselves and we cover the return cost back to yourself.
