“Very easy to fit, although I wasn't expecting a power pack normally associated with a laptop. This was easily fixed by running some 2-core wire and connecting nearer the plug socket, so it wasn't visible near the unit. Easy connection to speakers and Bluetooth works very well with multiple devices that I've tried with it. The speakers are pretty decent although, as I expected, the bass could be a little fuller. Overall though satisfied with the purchase. The whole family is now enjoying the system in our kitchen - just have to work on their music taste now...”

It's great to know from your AVID CLB In-Wall Bluetooth Amplifier & 5" Ceiling Speakers review that you have been able to integrate it into your home so well. As you so rightly point out in regards to the bass response, you may have found a slightly fuller bass with a larger 6.5" Ceiling Speaker. We're always happy to help our customers with their needs and requirements before, during and after purchase, but unfortunately when it comes to music tastes, our customer service advice might be a little stretched to find a solution there! “Hi The delivery was fine. Regarding the product (Beat Illuminated Bluetooth Bathroom Mirror with Speakers - Roper Rhodes). I'm very disappointed with the speaker quality. I have an Iphone where the sound is better. Before I made the order I was looking for the speaker specification with no luck. I then took the chance and placed the order, but to be honnest I'm very not happy. Is there any alternatives for me? Best regards Mads”

We have contacted you direct via email as we have not had prior correspondence with you about the issues with your product. We will endeavour to find more speaker specifications from Roper Rhodes going forward. It is extremely rare to hear of such concern over sound quality with this product as we do test our products in house before we offer them on our website, so please be assured we are confident in this mirror and other in the Roper Rhodes range. “Most helpful advice offered prior to purchase of a ceiling radio, prompt delivery and a faulty component (no fault of 'Buy Clever Stuff') replaced within 24 hours. “I purchased the Dab/FM, Blue tooth ceiling speakers. I am very pleased with the product. The wall cradle that was supplied for the hand control was misplaced during the instillation. I contacted BuyCleverStuff who promptly provided me with a replacement. Excellent service!”

“Tried to order an item several times, it didn't work and I ended up not being able to order it through you because if your ridiculous security measures. Innocent shopper treated like fraudster.”

You made four attempts to purchase and for reasons relating to our payment security checks, we were unable to take payment. “Having purchased a KB Space 6" Ceiling Speaker System, I found the installation and operating instructions received with the Spanish system to be worse than useless. However there are downloaded-able PDF instructions on the web site of Buy Clever Stuff which help a little. Telephone back up service and advice from Jon and his team is excellent, professional and accurate! Once installed and working the unit is neat, unobtrusive and the sound quality excellent. “Visua 10" Flipdown TV. Tuned in to DTV and ATV easily on auto tune, picture better than expected sound as described by others. Response to changes slow as stated in the manual. Still to be fitted into position when new units arrive. Should fit our needs for a discrete kitchen TV. Delivery and purchase through BCS could not be faulted.”
