“Payment was taken for an order that I was then told was not in stock, although an alternative was offered, accurate stock count would be better.”

Unfortunately, the manufacturer was delayed in receiving upgraded parts, which has left them, ourselves, and others with delays. It is majorly disappointing and frustrating for everyone in the chain that this has happened. At that time, we were informed of a date where we would have received stock of the product, however this was also put back without prior notice, affecting our stock counts at the time. We did refund you on the purchase you made because of this, together with offering an alternative option that we stock at a discounted price for the inconvenience. We can assure you, despite your disappointment on this occasion, that this is an extreme rarity and that you can be confident in shopping with us again in the future. “The sound is good and the actual unit is small and looks good. It's also easy to install. Only issue is that the Bluetooth connection can take sometime to kick in. I have to push the button in hard and hold for some time. Having said that I'm looking to get the next size up for my main bathroom.”

“Rang order in , had problems paying online, staff very helpful, recieved email, nxt day delivery from ordering, tracked order on the day of delivery and was given a teatime slot from 4.20 to 5.20, the delivery did come a bit early at 4.10, overall, very happy and the delivery man was pleasant.”

“Website very informative. Feedback from email enquiry good, I enquired over the Christmas and New Year period and knew office was closed. When I placed my order for a flip down TV/DVD on the Monday in early January, the TV arrived the next day! Excellent service. I had to wait until Valentines Day for my hubby to connect it to the outside TV connection but well worth the wait. Very happy with the product, I will be listening to Radio 2 and when I look after my grandson will watch CBeebies!”

“Very impressed with this Company. I purchased a flip down TV model no. VSKTV133P and the quality of this TV is just superb. Build quality picture and even the sound is quite good. To fit this TV in my kitchen I needed longer bolts as I have a pelmet. At the time of purchase the Company did not have longer bolts for this model but Jon bothered to phone me and say that he will see if he can get them for me which he did. I needed the TV for a certain day as I had arranged for the TV to be fitted and Jon made sure I got my TV in time. Brilliant Company Susie”

“I ordered a Remote Control for a TV which worked fine but something inside was rattling and there was no way to open it up and investigate. When I called Cleverstuff they agreed to replace it without hesitation and it arrived in 48 hours.”
