“ I have used them a few times and each time they never reply to any of my emails about whats happened to my delivery. If only they would respond and not ignore requests. ”

“ Never use Buyee !!! We bought a Pikachu plush that was said to be 90 cm. When we received it we had to pay additional delivery fees (38 €) that were not announced and moreover the Pikachu plush was only 60 cm. No possibility to get any compensation we only got lame excuses from Buyee ! ”

I received an item (K1910011010) that got damaged during handling or shipping. This item is under insured delivery but Buyee did not refund me for it. They keep denying me of this by giving excuses. Their customer support is now unreachable. No one wants to pick up on this case ”

“ Agree with JP's review. Even if you buy multiple items from the same seller, Buyee insists they are individual transactions, so you have to pay for several local delivery services even if the seller specicies they will combine purchases. Then you have to pay extra for package consolidation to have them shipped to you. SO you end up with a box full of boxes!!! ”
